CelluClear Plant fiber™ is a concentrated liquid microbiological water conditioner specifically engineered to digest cellulose-based organic materials commonly found in recovered car wash water. s, leaves, grass clippings, paper fibers, cotton lint, pollen, and other vegetative debris are continuously introduced into reclaim systems where they resist normal biological degradation and become a major contributor to biofilm formation, filter plugging, and reduced water clarity.
CelluClear™ contains a specialized consortium of naturally occurring microorganisms and
cellulase-producing enzymes that rapidly break down cellulose and other difficult-to-digest plant
materials into simple organic compounds. These compounds are then biologically converted into
carbon dioxide (C02), water, and naturally occurring byproducts, reducing the accumulation of
fibrous organic debris throughout the reclaim system.
Unlike conventional biological additives designed primarily for fats, oils, and grease, CelluClear™
specifically targets cellulose-rich organic materials that commonly accumulate in high-volume water reuse systems. By eliminating these fibrous materials before they accumulate, CelluClear™ significantly reduces biofilm development, improves separator tank performance, and restores filtration efficiency.
CelluClear™ is particularly effective in reclaim systems utilizing cartridge filters, bag filters,
cyclonic separators, media filters, membrane filtration, and other fine filtration equipment where
cellulose fibers and organic debris are known to restrict water flow and increase maintenance
requirements.
