ReclaimRestore™ is a concentrated liquid biological water conditioner specifically engineered to improve reclaimed wash water clarity by reducing the suspended organic materials that conventional separator tanks cannot effectively remove through gravity settling alone.
While separator tanks efficiently remove larger, heavier solids, microscopic organic contaminants-including degraded sludge, emulsified oils, surfactants, waxes, biofilms, and other biodegradable materials typically smaller than 20 microns-remain suspended in the water. These fine organic particles bind to dirt, mineral fines, and other suspended solids, preventing them from settling naturally and increasing water turbidity.
ReclaimRestore™ contains a proprietary consortium of beneficial microorganisms and enzymes that biologically digest these suspended organic compounds, converting them into carbon dioxide (CO2), water, and naturally occurring byproducts. As these organics are consumed, the biological "glue" that keeps fine particles suspended is eliminated. This allows the remaining inorganic particles to separate more readily under the natural settling process described by Stokes' Law, significantly improving the efficiency of the separator tank clarification process.
Applied directly to Separator Tank 2A or 2B, ReclaimRestore™ enhances the secondary clarification stage by reducing the organic loading before water enters the final holding and filtration stages. The result is lower turbidity, improved settling efficiency, longer filter life, reduced nozzle plugging, and cleaner, more stable reclaimed wash water throughout the entire water treatment reclaim subsystem.
